Remedial Massage

Remedial massage is a complementary therapy that aims to treat muscles that are damaged, knotted, tense or immobile. ... Problems with the muscles can trigger or radiate pain to other parts of the body. Remedial massage aims to trace the original reason for the pain, tackling both the cause of the problem and the symptoms

Dry Needling

Dry needling treats muscle tissue, and its goal is to reduce pain, inactivate trigger points and restore function. It rarely is a standalone procedure. Rather, it often is part of a broader physical therapy approach incorporating other traditional physical therapy interventions into treatment

Cupping

Cupping increases blood circulation to the area and hydrates where the cups are placed. This may relieve muscle tension, which can improve overall blood flow and promote cell repair. It may also help form new connective tissues and create new blood vessels in the tissue.

Relaxation Massage

The main focus of a relaxation massage is to de-stress, calm and relax the mind and body.  A relaxation massage treatment will usually involve flowing strokes and kneading, performed at your chosen pressure. It's a pain free therapy and an effective way to de-stress and relax the mind and body
